Founded in 1963, Yong-kang Beef Noodles is a small noodle stall next to Yongkang Park. It is a 50-year-old Sichuan-style beef noodle shop. Many foreign tourists come here.
The rich soup of Yong-kang beef noodles is salty and spicy, and it is thick and heavy. Dark red signature “red braised beef noodle” features: with bean curd sauce soup, smells fragrant, tastes rich, while biting it, a good taste of green onion and spicy flavor in between.
The beef tendon is quite tasty. The restaurant uses 24-hour non-stop cooking to make the meat reach a sufficient softness, and then mix it with onion, ginger, garlic and other materials to make the amazing taste, especially the beef sirloin with the right proportion of the muscles, and the Australian sirloin with half-semi-semi-meat. It needs to be stewed for 4 to 5 hours until the color is caramel. “The flavor of beef is soaked strongly, chewy in soft and tender, but it won’t be rotten.”
